Terms of Use
Effective October 20, 2026 · Sizze Inc.
In short: Memora is a wallet and tools for meme coins. Your wallet and your keys are yours, and every trade is your decision. Meme coins are very risky and most lose value quickly. Nothing in the app is financial advice. Be respectful: there is no place in Memora for abusive users or objectionable content.
Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Sizze Inc. (“we”). By creating an account or using Memora - Meme Coins (“Memora”) you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Memora.
Who can use Memora
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may use Memora only where crypto trading is legal for you. You are responsible for following the laws and taxes that apply to you.
- Some tokens are hidden in some countries, and features may not be available everywhere.
Your wallet
- Your wallet is created on your iPhone. You hold its keys, and you are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase safe. Anyone with your phrase can take your funds.
- We cannot reverse transactions, and we cannot restore a wallet without your recovery phrase, iCloud Keychain or your encrypted backup.
- Transactions on public blockchains are final once confirmed.
Trading and auto trading
- Trades are routed through third party swap routers and blockchains. Prices can move between the quote and the trade, and a trade can fail or fill at a worse price.
- Take profit, stop loss and alerts are sent on a best effort basis. A level can be passed before an order runs, and an order can fail when markets, networks or providers are down.
- Memora charges 0.5% on buys and on sells made at a profit. Network fees are paid from your balance. Current fees are listed on our Support page.
Risks and no advice
Meme coins are extremely volatile, many are abandoned and some are scams. Only trade what you can afford to lose. Safety checks, labels such as “Confirmed”, charts, leaderboards and other traders’ results are information only: they can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell. We do not endorse any token or trader, and past results do not predict future ones. Memora does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Your profile and community rules
You are responsible for what you put on your trader profile: your name, username, bio and X handle. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or use:
- hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying;
- sexual or violent content;
- scams, fake giveaways, impersonation or misleading claims about tokens;
- spam, or other people’s personal information;
- anything illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.
You can block any user and report any profile from the profile screen. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. We may also hide a profile or suspend the account that posted it.
Things you must not do
- Manipulate markets, launder money or break sanctions.
- Abuse Memora with bots or automated requests, or try to break into it, reverse engineer it or disrupt it.
- Use someone else’s account or wallet without permission.
Third party services
Memora relies on Apple, blockchains, swap routers and market data providers. They are run by others, and we are not responsible for their availability, their data or their terms.
Changes and ending
- We may change, pause or remove features, and hide tokens, at any time.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
- Your wallet stays yours: with your recovery phrase you can open it in any compatible wallet.
Disclaimer and liability
Memora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Sizze Inc. is not liable for trading losses, price movements, failed or delayed transactions, token or smart contract failures, lost recovery phrases, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the Memora fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple
These Terms are between you and Sizze Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Memora, its content, maintenance or support, or any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will update this page and the date above. Using Memora after a change means you accept the new Terms.
