Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026 · Sizze Inc.
In short: your wallet keys are created and stored on your iPhone. We keep only what the app needs to work: your account, your public wallet addresses, your trades, your trader profile and your settings. Your trader profile is public unless you make it private. We do not show ads, we do not track you across other apps and websites, and we do not sell your data.
Who we are
Memora - Meme Coins (“Memora”, “we”) is made by Sizze Inc. This policy explains what data the Memora iOS app and its servers collect, why, and what control you have. Questions: app@sizze.io. Using Memora is also covered by our Terms of Use.
What stays on your iPhone
- Your recovery phrase and private keys are created on your iPhone and stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by Face ID. If iCloud Keychain is on, Apple may sync them to your other devices under Apple’s own privacy terms.
- Your viewing preferences, such as theme, filters and recently viewed tokens.
- Trade cards you save. Memora asks to add images to your Photos and cannot see the rest of your library.
What we collect
- Account. Your email address (or the private relay address Apple gives us when you use Sign in with Apple), the identifier Apple assigns to your account, and the display name you choose.
- Wallet. Your public wallet addresses, so we can show your balance and history.
- Encrypted wallet backup. So you can open your wallet on a new phone, the app sends an encrypted copy of your recovery phrase to our signing service. It is returned only after you prove it is you again, with a fresh Sign in with Apple or a code sent to your email.
- Auto trading keys. If you set take profit or stop loss levels, you turn on trading from our server so orders can run while the app is closed. An encrypted copy of your keys is then kept by our signing service. It can only trade into your own wallet and cannot withdraw to anyone else.
- Trading activity. Buys, sells, deposits and withdrawals made in the app, your take profit and stop loss levels, trading settings and the Memora fees charged.
- Trader profile. Your username, bio, the X (Twitter) handle you add, the awards you earn and the profile image the app makes for link previews.
- Social. Who you follow, who you block and the reports you send about other profiles.
- Watchlist and alerts. Tokens you star, the price targets you set and your notification preferences, so we can tell you when a target is reached or a position moves.
- Lock Screen. If you put a position on the Lock Screen, a Live Activity token, so our server can keep its numbers up to date while the app is closed.
- Region and time zone. Your App Store country, so we can hide tokens that are not available where you live, and your time zone, so daily stats and streaks follow your days.
- Device. A push notification token, if you allow notifications, and error reports with the app version, which help us fix problems.
Your trader profile
Every account has a trader profile, and it is public by default. Anyone can see a public profile in the app and on the web at memora.memoryai.club/u/your-username, including in link previews. A public profile shows:
- your display name, username, bio, X handle and awards;
- who follows you and who you follow;
- trades you made in Memora, your open positions, rank and day streak;
- results in percent. Dollar amounts are shown only if you turn on Show dollar amounts.
Your email address, your wallet addresses and your balance are never shown on your profile. To make it private, go to Profile → Your trader profile → Edit and turn off Public profile. Others then see only your name and username, you leave the leaderboard and nobody can follow you.
If you block someone, they cannot see your profile or follow you, and you disappear from each other’s lists. Reports go to our team, who review them and remove profiles that break our Terms of Use.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account and wallet working across devices.
- To quote and execute the trades you ask for, and to sell automatically at the levels you set.
- To show your trader profile, leaderboards, awards and the trades of people you follow.
- To send notifications about new tokens, your orders, price alerts and new followers, and emails with sign-in codes.
- To count how many people use the app.
- To keep the service secure, review reports and fix bugs.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Other Memora users and the public: your trader profile, as described above.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, push notifications and Live Activities.
- Swap routers (Jupiter on Solana, Relay for BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain): your wallet address and the details of the trade you request.
- Blockchain and market data providers (for example Helius, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal) to read balances, prices and token data. Your app may contact market data providers directly.
- RevenueCat: your account ID, email address and display name, to count users. When paid features arrive, it will also handle purchases.
- Resend: to deliver emails with sign-in codes.
- Telegram: delivers reports about profiles to our team.
- DigitalOcean: hosts our servers.
Transactions you make are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see them, and neither we nor anyone else can delete them.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Name and account → Delete account. This removes your account and the data linked to it from our servers: your trader profile, follows, blocks, watchlist, alerts, addresses, trading history, devices, settings, auto trading keys and the encrypted wallet backup. Reports about profiles may be kept to keep the community safe. Keep your recovery phrase before deleting: without it nobody can restore your wallet.
To delete only the wallet backup, go to Profile → Backups → Account backup → Delete backup.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Keys and backups are encrypted before they leave your phone, and the signing service runs separately from the rest of our backend, with its own encryption keys.
Children
Memora is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
